Service Agreement

  1. Description of Services The Service Provider offers the following services related to TikTok:

    • Likes: The Service Provider will provide the Client with a specified number of likes on TikTok videos.
    • Views: The Service Provider will provide the Client with a specified number of views on TikTok videos.
    • Followers: The Service Provider will provide the Client with a specified number of followers on TikTok.

  2. Client Obligations The Client agrees to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of the Services.
    • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and TikTok's terms of service.
    • Use the Services solely for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in any activities that may violate TikTok's policies or terms of service.

  3. Service Fees and Payment

    • The Client shall pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fees for the Services.
    • Payment terms, including methods of payment and refund policies, shall be clearly stated on the Service Provider's website.

  4. Intellectual Property

    • The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights related to the Services, including any content or materials provided to the Client.
    • The Client shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any intellectual property belonging to the Service Provider without prior written consent.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
    • The Client acknowledges that the Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees.

  6. Termination

    • Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the Agreement.
    • Termination shall not relieve the Client's obligation to pay for any Services already rendered.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio.
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio
